Spend an evening with charming music from harp/flute duo Cochlea, at Bank of the Arts, in New Bern, NC at 7pm on July 22nd. Formed of two American musicians residing in Switzerland, Cochlea presents a unique program that embodies the spirit of New Bern’s own history.

There will be no tickets for this event, though a $5 donation is suggested.

Concert program:

This special chamber music concert will features an eclectic mix of jazzy, contemporary and impressionistic works by composers from around the world including Gareth Farr (New Zealand), Alex Shapiro (USA), Ricardo Zohn-Muldoon (Mexico/USA), Jean-Michel Damase (France), Claude Debussy (France) and Toru Takemitsu (Japan). In addition, the duo is proud to present a brand new work written for them by the young American composer Jesse Jones.
